How much is delivery?

All of our item prices include free standard delivery within the UK.
Next Working Day Delivery costs £7.99 within the UK.

Do you deliver to British Forces Postal Office addresses (BFPO)?

Yes, we offer a delivery service on all British Forces Post Office (BFPO)

Do you deliver to Ireland, Europe or the rest of the world?

No, sorry, we do not currently ship orders outside the UK.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery takes an estimated 5-10 working days.

Next Working Day Delivery is a guaranteed next working day service. Payment must be received before 12pm Monday-Friday for orders to be delivered the next working day (payments received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day).

Please note: Working days are Monday-Friday. Saturday, Sunday, Bank and Public Holidays are not working days.

My order status says ‘Processing’ – what does this mean?

This means your order is currently being processed at our dispatch location, while your order is processing we cannot provide a confirmed delivery date but you can expect to receive it within the estimated delivery time. Your order may remain as processing until the day before delivery – this does not mean your order has been delayed.
For purchases of Tablet PCs or Netbooks, we will notify you once the the delivery date is confirmed &ndash but please note, the delivery day may not be confirmed until the day before. Before this time, we are unable to provide a confirmed delivery date or delivery estimate.

What shall I do if I haven’t received my order?

For purchases of Tablet PCs or netbooks, you will be notified when your delivery date is confirmed, please note your delivery day may not be confirmed until the day before.

Please wait for the estimated delivery time to elapse before reporting your item as missing, if you have not received your order after the delivery estimate has elapsed, please contact us and we will track your order.

For all other purchases, please check with your reception / post room if the item was delivered to a work address and /or your local Royal Mail delivery office. Even if you have not received a ‘while you were out’ card, it is worth checking if anything is being held for your name and address as it could still be being held for you. If the delivery office is not holding it, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
