All items shown as in stock are subject to availability. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in despatch. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and of course you can cancel the order if you wish.Can I cancel my order?

It is possible for you to pay for your MiniGadget purchase using your credit or debit card through PayPal – you do not need to have a PayPal account to shop with us!Why is my payment on hold?
If your order shows as ‘eCheque – Payment on hold’ it means the payment is currently clearing. The reason we did not received it instantly is because you have used an ‘eCheque’ method of payment, this method takes several days just like a regular cheque. It is usually because you do not have a credit card attached your email account. Please note that the payment will come out of your account a while before it reaches ours and just because the payment has left your account it does not mean the payment has been received. You will be notified once we have received your payment and we always process orders as quickly as possible once payment has cleared.Why has my payment been rejected?

Standard delivery takes an estimated 5-10 working days.My order status says ‘Processing’ – what does this mean?
This means your order is currently being processed at our dispatch location, while your order is processing we cannot provide a confirmed delivery date but you can expect to receive it within the estimated delivery time. Your order may remain as processing until the day before delivery – this does not mean your order has been delayed.What shall I do if I haven’t received my order?

If you would like to return the item, please email us at support@minigadget.co.uk or use the contact us form, letting us know your full order details and we will provide you with our returns instructions. We cannot accept non-authorised returns.The item I received is not faulty can I still return it?
If the item is not faulty, you must notify us within 7 days and you are responsible for the return postage costs. The item must be complete with all accessories, cables, instruction manuals etc if any were included. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable conditions or are damaged.How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received your returned item(s) we will process them and issue a refund within five working days (this may take longer depending on how long your card provider takes to process the payment).
